How I Close a Year

Dec 30, 2025

I’m shooting this one at the end of 2025, not from a whiteboard or a lesson, just a moment of reflection.

Every year, my wife and I sit down and review the past 12 months. Personal wins. Business milestones. The things we forget we even did. And every time, it reminds me how much progress actually happens when you pause long enough to look back.

Only after that do we look ahead.
Set a theme.
Set intentions.
And stay open to what we can’t plan for yet.

That balance, reflection, direction, and openness, is what creates momentum for the year ahead.

As you head into 2026, don’t rush past what you’ve already built.
Review the past.
Get excited about what’s next.
And leave room for surprises.

That’s how you take back control, not just of your business, but of your life.
