400 Videos and One Powerful Lesson

After completing more than 400 weekly videos over the past nine years, I've learned one important thing: you don't have to be great when you start, you just have to keep going.

Looking back at the first videos, it's easy to see how much has changed over time. The same is true when building a successful accounting firm. Your first client conversations may feel uncomfortable, and you might not get everything right immediately. But with repetition, small improvements, and consistent practice, you become more confident and capable.
