Most accountants build their firm first… and only later stop to ask what they actually want from it.

That’s backwards.

Instead of reacting to whatever work comes your way, you decide upfront:

How much money you want to make.
How much time you want.
What kind of clients you want to work with.

From there, you build your firm around those decisions, not the other way around.

Because if you don’t design your business intentionally, you’ll end up with one that controls your time instead of giving you freedom.

When you take back control of your business model, you take back control of your life.
